We have an initial consultation, which takes around 30 minutes. In this, we’ll get an understanding of your business, and explain the ideal strategy for you to gain investment. We charge a nominal fee for this, which is purely to demonstrate your commitment to our process.
Note: if we genuinely believe it’s not mutually beneficial for us to do business, we’ll explain why, and refund your money.
We’ll send you an outline of all of the information we require to build the financial model, and to build out a coherent story. We work out the ideal way to portray your startup to investors, and collaborate with you to uncover not only your strengths, but to uncover weaknesses before investors do; and address those objections. We’ve streamlined this process to minimize the time expense for you as a founder.
You’ll be delivered a draft of the design, and invited to give your feedback. At this point we’ll have a call, or an email exchange if that’s al that’s needed, and we’ll make any final ammendments to the pitch deck.
Note: At this stage, the majority of our clients have no further changes, and leave it to us to do our finishing touches. We’ve done so many decks that we generally nail it perfectly and require no changes.
After sending you the final design we will have a consultation with you to walk you through the entire deck. Throughout our entire process we’re preparing you for the eventual meeting with investors. You’ll receive a set of final documents, which include your deck in both Powerpoint and PDF format, as well as a financial model built in Excel. We’ll walk you through all of this and ensure you’re comfortable with how to present this to investors.
